Build Your Career in Character Animation

Join a team that's genuinely invested in creating detailed, expressive characters and helping you grow as an artist.

We're based in Gijón, and we work with studios across Europe who need thoughtful character work. Our projects range from indie games to educational content, and each one gives you a chance to refine your craft. If you're passionate about character modeling and want to work somewhere that values quality over speed, let's talk.

Open Positions

We're growing carefully, which means we only hire when we find people who genuinely care about the work. Right now, we have a few spots open.

What It's Like Working Here

We're a small studio, which means your work actually matters. When you finish a character, you see it being used. When you suggest a better workflow, we try it out. There's no bureaucracy getting in the way of doing good work.

Most of our team has been here for three years or more. That's because we focus on sustainable projects and realistic deadlines. Crunch mode isn't something we celebrate or normalize.

  • Flexible hours because we trust you to manage your time
  • Budget for courses, conferences, or software you want to learn
  • Regular studio critiques where we all learn from each other's work
  • Hybrid setup with our Gijón office available when you want to work in person
  • Honest feedback that helps you improve without tearing you down

How Our Hiring Process Works

1

Submit Your Application

Send us your portfolio and a brief message about what kind of work you want to do. We look at every application personally, though it might take us a week to respond during busy periods.

2

Portfolio Review

We'll review your work with the team you'd potentially join. If there's a good fit, we'll schedule a conversation. We're looking at your process as much as the final results.

3

First Conversation

This is a video call where we talk about your experience, what you're interested in, and what you're looking for in your next role. We'll also explain our current projects and team structure.

4

Practical Assessment

We'll give you a small paid assignment that reflects the actual work you'd do here. This usually takes 8-12 hours, and we compensate you for your time regardless of the outcome.

5

Meet the Team

If your assessment goes well, you'll meet more team members, either at our Gijón office or via video. This helps you get a feel for who you'd work with daily.

6

Offer & Onboarding

If everyone feels good about moving forward, we'll make an offer. Once accepted, we'll set up your workstation and schedule your first week to help you settle in properly.

What We're Looking For

Technical skills matter, but they're not everything. We can teach tools and workflows. What we can't teach is genuine curiosity about character work and the ability to collaborate without ego getting in the way.

The best people we've hired are the ones who ask good questions, accept feedback gracefully, and care about the final product as much as their individual contribution to it. If that sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.

Our next hiring round starts in March 2026. Applications are open now, and we're reviewing them on a rolling basis. Reach out even if you're not sure you're a perfect fit. Sometimes the best hires are the ones who almost didn't apply.
